Everyone deserves to be seen.
Send Li exists to return ownership of distribution to the operators who built the network in the first place. The platforms that hold the modern professional network now monetise the suppression of reach, not the delivery of it. Senior operators build the social capital. The platform rents them back access to two percent of it.
This Charter sets out the structural commitments we make to every operator on the rail. Each commitment is enforced by the protocol, the product, and the business model. Not by promise alone.
No algorithm. No paid amplification. No Top Voices. Every send goes through.
No algorithm between sender and recipient.
When you send on Send Li, the recipient’s Li receives the send directly. There is no feed. There is no relevance score. There is no algorithmic gate. The protocol is point-to-point.
The recipient inbox is chronological by design. No "for you" tab. No "discover" rail. No surface where the platform decides what an operator should read.
No paid amplification. Ever.
No operator can pay to reach more recipients than another. No premium tier exists that increases visibility. The rail treats every send equally because that is the only fair shape.
There is no advertising product on Send Li. There never will be. Revenue is paid by senders for the right to send and by recipients who choose to receive mentorship for compensation. The platform never sells reach.
No Top Voices. Ever.
Send Li does not crown operators. There is no badge that increases reach. There is no influence multiplier. One operator has one rail position; the protocol does not weight by audience size, follower count, or institutional affiliation.
No badge UI exists in the product. No public ranking surface multiplies the reach of any operator. Every operator’s send goes through the same protocol path, whether they are a Lord Mayor or a first-year founder.
Every send goes through.
Each send is cryptographically signed at the source. Delivery is attested. Read is attested. The sender sees the receipt. The recipient sees the sender. No suppression layer exists between them.
Reach Receipts: SIGNED, DELIVERED, READ, REPLIED. Each step is recorded in the sender’s tamper-evident audit log. If a send did not arrive, the sender can prove it.
The recipient controls attention.
Each operator sets their own inbox terms: how many cold sends per week they accept, whether they require a send price, whether they accept agent-mediated sends. The rail respects each operator’s settings, by design.
Attention Budget settings live in every operator’s account. Defaults favour the recipient. The platform does not override or auction past them.
Verified humans only.
Every operator passes Stripe Identity face-KYC before they can send or receive. No bot accounts. No synthetic identities. No content farms. The verified room is verified on both sides of the conversation.
Stripe Identity is a hard gate at onboarding. Each operator’s identity is bound to an Ed25519 keypair held on-device; sends are signed with that key. Impersonation is structurally impossible on the rail.
Revenue from mentorship, not attention.
Send Li takes a small share of mentorship transactions between operators (where one operator chooses to compensate another for their time or judgement). We never sell ads. We never sell reach. We never sell rank. Our incentives are aligned with operators because our revenue scales only when their connections create value for both sides.
No advertising endpoint exists in the codebase. No paid reach product is ever shipped. Pricing pages publicly disclose the mentorship-revenue share and the per-operator subscription fee. There is nothing else to monetise.
Your network is visible. Your impact is measured.
Connection counts are visible on Send Li, because counts are honest data and growth tells a story. A mentee whose verified network expanded from thirty to two hundred and thirty under a mentor’s care has the proof of that mentorship in the count. A founder whose collaborators compounded after a funding round has the proof of that round in the count. A researcher whose collaborators multiplied across a five-year arc has the proof of that arc in the count. What Send Li refuses is to treat counts as a proxy for impact. The score that confers status on the rail is Motion, the peer-validated impact currency. A million connections without Motion read as inheritance. A thousand connections with a thousand Motion read as a force. The two visible side by side tell the truth that either alone hides.
Connection counts and Motion both render on every operator profile, with Motion given the visual priority of the editorial signal. Network growth over time is visible by design so mentorship attribution is provable: every operator can see who introduced which connections, and what the trajectory looked like before and after that mentorship. Operators may opt out of public count display through a profile-privacy toggle without affecting their Motion. The platform never crowns operators by count, never publishes rankings ordered by count, and never sells reach by count.
Motion is the platform’s currency.
Operators reward each other in Motion for real impact. Every reward carries a stated reason and is broadcast to both operators’ networks as testimony. The reward costs the sender (drawn from their Motion balance) and carries weight to the receiver (logged with reason, contributes to public Motion). Endorsements that cost nothing are not endorsements. Motion is the only peer-validated signal on Send Li because it is the only signal that costs the sender something to give. Every new operator is seeded with a starting Motion balance so they can immediately participate in the economy; the seed amount and its reason are publicly disclosed on the operator’s profile so nothing is hidden.
Motion balances and reward transactions are computed server-side. Every reward is signed, timestamped, scoped to a stated reason, and rate-limited to prevent gaming. Standard operators begin with one hundred Motion; institutional anchor operators (knighted operators, founding partners) begin with up to one thousand Motion, transparently labelled as a platform seed on their profile. The platform never sells Motion. Motion cannot be converted to or from money. The currency lives only inside the network and only for the purpose of recognising operator impact.
The Motion tier table is public.
The action-tier ladder that anchors Motion rewards is published. A meeting carries a default value of ten Motion. A job referral, twenty. A networking event invite, thirty. An investment introduction, forty. A project co-sign, fifty. A major sponsorship that opened a door, one hundred. Operators may adjust within a capped band, but the floor and the structure are visible to every operator on the rail and to the public.
The tier table renders on sendli.ai and at sendli.ai/charter. Any change to a tier value requires public notice and a thirty-day window before taking effect. Prior tier tables remain accessible so the historical economy is auditable. The platform never silently adjusts the rates that govern peer recognition.
This Charter is versioned, dated, and publicly auditable.
Version 1.0 was published on 23 June 2026. Any change to this Charter requires public notice and a thirty-day window before taking effect. Prior versions remain accessible at sendli.ai/charter so that no commitment can be silently rewritten.
Operators can hold us to the Charter at any time by writing to charter@otamediagroup.com. Every reach receipt, every signed send, every audit-log entry on the rail is the operator’s evidence that the Charter is in effect.
